WIRE TRANSFERS

To send a wire bank transfer, once the order has been completed, the following steps need to be accomplished:

-You need to indicate the order number and the customer’s name and last name as the reason and reference for such a wire transfer.
-Payments by wire bank transfer must be operated at the following account:

International bank transfers usually take longer than domestic transfers.
It might take approximatively up to 5 business days for DELEKS to receive the funds.
If DELEKS doesn’t receive the funds after 7 days from the acceptance of the order, such order request will be cancelled.

CREDIT CARD

Our e-commerce website allows secure payments with credit cards, including prepaid and rechargeable cards. DELEKS offers the following payment methods: Visa, Visa electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express… There won’t be any surcharges applied on credit card payments.

Payments are made through the Axepta Spa platform; a company of the BNP PARIBAS group, the transaction takes place on the company secure server itself and the information entered will be managed by AXEPTA SpA in order to guarantee absolute security.

PAYPAL

DELEKS accepts payments through Paypal, a well-known, easy and secure online payment system.
If you choose to pay through Paypal, you need to have an account with them.
After choosing Paypal as your method of payment you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete your payment. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from Paypal about each transaction made with this payment method.

Although PayPal is a very secure system, DELEKS is not responsible for protecting the personal information which you share with Paypal. You are encouraged to read the related PayPal policies carefully.

When the goods are ready for dispatch, DELEKS will notify you by sending a text message or an email to your address.

If PayPal communicates any irregularity to DELEKS, the order will be cancelled or suspended. If such a situation occurs, you will be informed of that by your email.
In case of cancellation, the money will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account.

Payment in 3X, 4X by credit card with our partner FLOA.

Our financial partner FLOA, offers payment solutions for your purchases of goods and/or services, in 3 or 4 instalments by credit card. These payment solutions are reserved for individuals (natural persons of legal age) residing in France, holding a Visa or MasterCard bank card with a validity date corresponding to the duration of the refund.

The financing application is made to our partner organisation Sofinco. Your financing application is completed directly online. It is your responsibility to provide all the information required by our partner Sofinco to assess your application.

Your order will be processed once our partner organisation Sofinco has approved your financing application.

You have a legal right of withdrawal for 14 days from the date of signing the credit agreement.
