How it works
The share goes into the ground under the crop and lifts it; the sieve, driven by the PTO, shakes off the soil and leaves potatoes, onions or garlic on the surface.
Rear or side discharge
Depending on the model, discharge is at the rear or to the side. With rear discharge the crop stays on the row just lifted; with side discharge it's moved to one side, so the next pass doesn't bury it.
Power and width
Choose the working width to suit the rows in your field; the wider it is, the more power you need.
Settings
Set the share just below the crop: too high and it cuts the tubers, too low and it brings up too much soil.
